TMS320F28054F: ADC: Temperature sampling fluctuations are excessive

Hi experts,

My customer found that there is a certain number of units with excessive fluctuations in temperature sampling, even when the input is grounded, the amount of the number will jump between 0-60. The temperature sampling channel is A7 in the following figure:

 

The corresponding configuration is as follows, i.e. temperature sampling configured to soc11 with the trigger source epwm1_SOCA:

Could you help check the root cause of fluctuations? Thank you.
