Part Number: TMS320F28379D

Hello,

I'm looking for a reflow profile for TMS320F28379DZWTT and any special considerations for reworking these parts. We've been having some trouble with getting these BGA parts reliably made by contract manufactureres and are attempting some troubleshooting, but I'd like to be sure first that we are A: building them correctly and B: reworking them correctly.
