Hi,
In TI F28035 datasheet, the following RAM appears to exist from 0x3F8000.
It looks strange as it is not together with other RAM.
Am I missing something? Can I use it in the same way as other RAM (L0, L1, L2, L3)?

This look correct but I'll check again with other experts in our team and confirm.
Can you please confirm this section of RAM actually exist in F28035? If yes, can it be used for data or programme?
I have contradicted information, as some people say this part actually does not exist. It is a mistake in the datasheet.
Does that mean if I use 0x008000 to 0x008800 for program, then I cannot use 0x3F8000 to 0x3F8800 for data?
Correct.
There is only one block of L0 (0x800)
Correct.
which can be either used for 0x008000 or 0x3F8000.
Whether you are writing to 0x8000 or 0x3F8000, you will be writing to the same physical location.
