There could potentially be something wrong with your SCLK signal that is being fixed when you probe it. Can you confirm your SCLK signal integrity?

I have checked the clock signal also. it is correct when sending the data over SPI. I have followed the below thread also, but it did not work for me.

Based on above thread, I have removed the JP5, the DAC A output was half of input. when JP5 close again, the output was same (2.5V).

Hi Rohit,

JP5 determines the power-up voltage of the DAC output. So in order to test it, you would need to short the jumper and reset the power of the DAC, then you will see the output starts up at 0V. 

Could you send a screenshot of the SPI signal you are sending to the device? It would be good to verify the SCLK, SDI, and CS signal.

Alternatively, you could sample the DAC80502-01EVM, which is an EVM that works without any requirements for external hardware. This EVM is more recent and would likely require less debug.
