my CCs is Version: 12.6.0.00008

I am encountering an issue with the API function Fapi_issueProgrammingCommand(). It seems that the function is not returning a successful result, which triggers an error.

Upon reviewing the datasheet, I noticed the following statement: "The DCSM OTP programming must be aligned to 128-bit address boundaries, and each 128-bit word can only be programmed once." The address I have been using is 0x78014, which is not aligned to a 128-bit boundary.

Would starting the address at 0x78010 resolve this alignment issue?

 The error value from the program command is Error_Asyncincorrect data buffer legth and FMSTAT is 0.

Please make sure the address and length are appropriate.

Address should be 64-bit or 128-bit aligned.

Data length should not cross 128-bit boundary.

So the programmable address for Flash or OTP memory can be 64-bit or 128-aligned, and the data length can also be 64-bit or 128-aligned, but cannot exceed 128 bits, right?

For OTP, unless there is a reserved space that prevents you to program with a 128-bit aligned address, you should always use 128-bit aligned address.

For flash, 64-bit aligned address is ok.

For OTP and flash, the data length should never cross 128-bit aligned boundary.  Please let me know if you have further questions.

In my case, if I want to write to the JTAGPSWDH register, must I also write to the PSWDLOCK and CRCLOCK registers? Since these registers are one-time programmable (OTP), does that mean I cannot write to them more?

I'm writing to follow up on the flash memory write operation I attempted earlier. I tried writing data from address 0x78010 to address 0x78017, following your instructions.

However, I encountered an error during the process. While the oReturnCheck function appeared successful, the oFlashStatus value returned 257 instead of the expected value of 3. Additionally, the data at the specified addresses remained unchanged.

I'd be grateful if you could help me understand what this error signifies and how to resolve it. Any insights into the meaning of the oFlashStatus value (257) and troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
