Peripheral API functions?

Hi Folks

One of the C2000 videos in the training area mentioned peripheral API drivers, but the C2000 software page justs lists them as "coming"

Is there any more info on their availability? maybe a release date?

    Unfortunately, we do not have a release date for a comprehensive peripheral API driver set. However, in the header files and examples, some of the device and peripheral setup are already in function form, or similar to an API driver. 

    Is there a specific application you work with? If you are working with digital power, the Biricha Digital Power hands-on training includes a peripheral API dedicated to digital power applications.
