Can the TMDSCNCD280039C controlCard and Adapter board be used for double-pulse testing on a custom gate drive board? Are there any examples available for this?

Yes, Double pulse testing could be done using F28003x. at its core its just a series of precise pulses.

There happens to be a kit(speedval) made by Wolfspeed which utilizes the TMDSCNCD280039C controlCARD for double pulse testing.
