TMS320F28377D: ZWTT package shows SnAgCu plating on ball grid array, what is the composition of the finish on the ball grid?

Tool/software:

ZWTT package datasheet shows SnAgCu plating on ball grid array however composition of the finish is not listed.

Please confirm the composition of the SnAgCu finish on the ball grid broken down into each element, (ie. % Sn, % Ag, % Cu)
