Hi Team,
I am posting this on behalf of the customer.
Here is the customer request below. The customer is requesting for replacement.
I bought a development board,（LAUNCHXL-F280039C） and after the first power-on, I found that the PC could not find the chip, and my workbench was stable because it was normal for me to test other development boards(LAUNCHXL-F280039C). I've tried a lot of methods to test, but they can't solve it, I feel it's a hardware problem.
There was no physical damage, I thought I just opened it yesterday, and I thought I would use it for experiments. But before powering up, I tried to plug in the DRV8323RS, and I was sure that it was also wired correctly. I don't know if there's a reason for this.
