Can I get SolarMicroInvGUI GUI Composer project as .zip extension to import in the https://dev.ti.com/gc so as to change the index.gui and then to export it as new app to run on TMDSSOLARUINVKIT hardware

Hi Athira,

The GUI related info is available at C:\ti\controlSUITE\development_kits\TMDSSOLARUINVKIT_v100\GUI\SolarMicroInvGUI

I would recommend to also look at TIDA-010933 reference design | TI.com for microinverter design.

I have already verified at C:\ti\controlSUITE\development_kits\TMDSSOLARUINVKIT_v100\GUI\SolarMicroInvGUI

I am using TMDSSOLARUINVKIT( Solar Micro Inverter Design using C2000 Piccolo Microcontroller) for the development of grid tied micro inverter. I have to test the board with some added controls in SolarMicroInvGUI. Can I get SolarMicroInvGUI in GUI Composer project as .zip extension to import in the https://dev.ti.com/gc so as to change the index.gui and then to export it as new app to run on TMDSSOLARUINVKIT hardware. I have the TMDSSOLARUINVKIT_v100\GUI folder in my related installation. But it only contains the files as shown in the attachment. With those files, I can't import in https://dev.ti.com/gc (application.json,index.gui such files are required). Can you please help me to get those files.

Hi Athira,

The GUI is quite old developed in GCv1. Online designer or gallery cannot use this project. You would have to use old CCS release (CCS v5.x included GC Designer directly in the CCS, CCS v6.x had an option to download GC Designer through app center) and use that tool to modify this project.

Pawan,

I am just planning to try with CCS v5. If I can resolve it with this I will update here also, otherwise the issue what I am facing can be mentioned here. Thanks for the reply.
