Hi,
ı am using ADCIN14 and ADCIN15 pins for analog input. It's not ADCINA/B/C/D, so what should ı do pins of VREFHIA/B/C/D? Connect to vdd,vss or float?

ADCIN14 and ADCIN15 are connected to all ADC instances such that you can cross calibrate or validate the ADC's function during runtime with a single pin.
If you want to sample ADCIN14/15 with ADCx then VREFHIx must be established. You can set this to anything between VSS and VDDA, but please note that this is the reference for the ADC, so it will establish the upper bound for when your ADC input will begin clipping. Its critical that this signal is clean and buffered as any noise on this pin directly relates to noise on the ADC conversions of all inputs of the associated ADC.
