Hello Ralf,
Were you able to install updates with this CCS version in the past? Have you seen the Troubleshooting chapter in the CCS User's Guide?

Hello ki,
I haven´t made an update of the 12.6 version yet, because I have worked for many years with the very old version 9.2. Following the instructions I have deleted these two folders. Now the automatic message "update available" does not appeare anymore.
After that I have made
"Start CCS and go to menu Help → Install New Software" according to the CCS manual.
Unfortunately an update is not possible (see screenshot).
Could this be a problem with our company network?

This could be a possibility. Can you explicitly set the proxy inside the CCS IDE?
