Hi,

I can't find any reference design code for a C2000 AC servo drive with Step/Dir interface. I want to work on developing an HV 220v 400w closed loop servo drive PMSM with Type A absolute encoder support but I am far from an expert on motor control and would like to leverage as much of TIs expertise on this. I found the Ethercat multiaxis FSI interface to be interesting but want to stay away from Ethercat or other digital communications protocols if possible. 

I assume the best way to go about this is using an eCAP peripheral but I figured since its such an industry standard that Ti might have this.
