Tool/software:
I am using a TMS320F2800157EVM launch pad to connect to a TMS320F2800157-Q1 on a motor controller. JTEG is getting disconnect when I go to higher supply voltages from 24V to 48V.
Up to 30V it's working fine but for 48V I am not able to debug JTEG is getting disconnected.
We have tried 4 wire JTEG and 2 Wire JTEG, also tried with low TCK frequency, but still not able to resolve this issue. Please suggest.
I monitored the reset pin XRSn during debugging
