Is this _ZoneSelectBlock.asm file mandotory to include to the project to use dcsm.cmd and dcsm.asm to generate the OTP configuration to hex file?

No, this is the question to the comment of this file.

Because I have the below problem, so I check the detail where may cause the problem.

But I did not find how to fix it.
