I need clarification on the driverlib functions related to selection of negative inputs of comparators in CMPSS:


What is the purpose of the driverlib functions "ASysCtl_selectCMPHNMux(uint16_t select)" and "ASysCtl_selectCMPLNMux(uint16_t select)"?
There are additional functions "ASysCtl_selectCMPHNMuxValue(uint16_t select, uint16_t value)", and "ASysCtl_selectCMPLNMuxValue(uint16_t select, uint16_t value)", which as per my understanding, actually select the negative inputs of comparators according to the Table 14.1 of TMS320F28002x TRM (document SPRUIN7A – MARCH 2020 – REVISED OCTOBER 2020).
