Shantanu,

TI recently changed the format of each individual C2000 product's page, things look different, but everything does still exist. I think this may have messed up some of these links temporarily.

For me, newtothis's link now works.

If you search for F28035 on the TI webpage, you'll be brought to the F28035 page. Next search this webpage (Ctrl+F) for the words "User Guides". You'll find the Analog-to-Digital Converter manual in that section.
