Hi TI expert:
Our power mudule product use TI's piccolo dsp TMS320F28032, In the mass production products, we found that nearly 1% of the module products have abnormal output voltage ripple (exceeded) under some special working conditions, and the experience we have found out is that the problem can be solved by replacing a DSP. And we found that the ripple anomaly problem follows the DSP, and when we change the DSP of the abnormal module to a normal module, the ripple of the normal module will also exceed the standard.
In these abnormal modules, we grabbed the ADC conversion results to the output voltage at the interrupt level, and found that there was a sampling runout problem, but the ADC sampling results of the normal module did not run, which caused the problem of high output voltage ripple
The figure below has manually converted the ADC conversion result value to the actual voltage value,(output voltage is 400Vdc, use adc result3,result6,result9)
abnormal module, The sample jitter is large

normal module,There was little jitter

We tried changing the input RC parameters for ADC voltage sampling, or adding an op amp follower, or modifying the ADC's sample hold time, but to no avail
can you help me?
