As you can see in the image,

our Uniflash only support the old generation of C2000 with launchpad.

Not sure if it is I don't know how to use,

is it able to use uniflash for the new C2000 device with Launchpad version?

In the meantime, you can use the "Create session from existing target configuration file " with the ccxml for Launchxl F280039c

Eric,

Yes, it looks like some LaunchPads/boards are missing from the list right now. I've filed a Jira to track adding the missing entries in the next UniFlash release (v8.8 in August).

But if you update to the latest UniFlash 8.7, it will at least be able to detect the LAUNCHXL-F280039C board and launch the UniFlash session that way.
