Hi WZ,

It might be a gel file problem.  The memory map in the gel file may not have the ECC memory listed.

Which CCS/Uniflash versions are you using?

The GEL file does have a entry for the ECC memory region in the memory map. 

  GEL_MapAddStr(0x01071000,1, 0x80, "R|AS2",0);                     /*   USER OTP ECC CPU1BANK0 (256 Bytes)                           */

Pls check if the above line exists in the GEL file that you are using.

I checked, it has. But I cannot read out ECC memory
