I am using F28388D with emulator XDS100V3.

Is it possible to execute the program directly after writing to flash? Instead of after a power failure and reboot?

Yes, you should be able to execute Flash from CCS during a live debug session without having to reset. Are you having trouble doing this or experiencing an error?

I know CCS can do this,but CCS is manual and I want to do this automatically.

It's a requirement for our production, not simulation.

Apologies for the delayed response.

If I understand correctly, you want the emulator to execute the application after flashing, but you want to automate this. Why use an emulator in this case? You can use a Flash kernel together with a bootloader. There are Flash kernel examples provided in C2000Ware.
