I have some doubts on unused pin, could you help me to answer them?

For unused AIO, which resistance value should be selected for pulldown?

For unused GPIO, which resistance value should be selected for pulldown?

    Hi Zane,

    You could use resistor values in the range of 2.2K Ohms to 10K Ohms.

    These should be strong enough to hold the pins low in a noisy environment, and weak enough so that the device pin should not be damaged if these pins were accidentally driven high.
