Hi Team,

We have some doubt on PINs Near PMM:

It mentioned that methods to avoid negative noise on pins, does it mean that those pins are weak than others?

Can you give me some examples to protect those pins, better to offer schematic.

Whether need to add TVS, if need, how to select TVS parameter?

    Yes. 

    Can you give me some examples to protect those pins, better to offer schematic.

    The specific actions that the customer should take to protect these pins will be application and implementation specific.

    It will be up to them to make sure that their design does not violate the datasheet specs.

    1.So do we need TVS to protect those pins?

    2.What should I pay attention to when those pins used as ePWM function?

    If the customer is expecting voltage spikes on these pins, sure. But adding a diode will not prevent all issues. 

    I bring this up to reiterate the fact that the customer must design carefully and test their design, even with TVS on these pins.

    2.What should I pay attention to when those pins used as ePWM function?

    I'm not sure what you are asking here. We have specs in the datasheet for loads to be driven by any pin. The customer should follow these requirements.
