Customer feedback when they write while() in CLA, the while function isn't executed. is there any function limitation in CLA?

No, there isn't a limitation for using a while loop on the CLA. The only limitations are listed in the CLA chapter of the compiler user guide (www.ti.com/lit/spru514)
