Tool/software:
Hi Team,
My customer wants to sample point 1 voltage. When give 12V input, it should be 3V, but when use ADC sample, it only have 2.7V.
Can you tell me why this happened? Do we have ADC equivalent impedance?

Best Regards,
Zane

Hi,
Please look in datasheet or TRM for ADC input circuit model.

Hi Ben,
I have seen that, but still don't know ADC equivalent impedance. Can you help me to understand the ADC input model?
Best Regards,
Zane
Zane,
Have you seen this app note? https://www.ti.com/lit/spract6
I'm not sure that I understand your question. The model for the internal ADC circuit is shown.
