Observed Behavior:
After multiple reset cycles during debugging, the device exhibits errors processing the code.
Steps to Reproduce:
1: software environment:
2: open any 28388D project. (C:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_5_02_00_00\training\device\f2838x\getting_started\lab_blinkyled_sysconfig for example.)
3: add a break point to the interrupt function.
4: run and reset the MCU for several times. (See the attached vedio for bug reproduce.)
5: the device will not enter the breakpoint after several reset process.
5.1 The reson of 5. is probabily because the device is not running the initial code correctly. Because when the bug appears, the register of the device is wrong.
