Hi,

The customer wants to convert the old C2000 code into F28388 code.

The following error occurred during conversion.

So I installed the 20.12 compiler.

Installation failed because the latest version is already installed.

Please refer to the items installed in the customer's CCS below.

Please guide us on how we can convert.

Which C2000 compilers are currently discovered by CCS in the workspace preferences?

You don't have any version discovered that would block the installation of 20.12. I wonder why you ran into an issue. I was able to use the updater to install it.

Try downloading and installing manually from this site:

https://www.ti.com/tool/download/C2000-CGT/20.12.0.STS

Then have CCS discover it. If installed in C:\ti, it should be discovered automatically.
