Here are the ccxml files. 

The first one is for the first F28P65. It always work well.

The second one is for the second F28P65. It works in CCS, but not in Uniflash (the last version).

During the second F28P65 programming, there's no info after operation, no alarm, no progress.

In the second screenshot, I can see that the IcePick is still set to bypass for the second F28P65. Can you uncheck the bypass option for it and try again?

It's tried but the same result. It can't be programmed as before.

We tried to use this new ccxml in CCS, and CCS can't program too.

Here attached customer's ccxml file. Will you please have a try? Or can you send us your ccxml file, please?

TMS320F28P650DK6_XDS200_DSP1 works fine, but DSP2 doesn't work.

As mentioned, the two ccxml files work well with CCS. 

With UniFlash, only the first ccxml works well, the second F28P65 can't be programmed with the second ccxml file.

Can you enable Debug Server Logging for UniFlash and the reproduce the issue? Then zip the generated log and attach it to this thread:

Thank you. I have sent them to engineering for analysis. I will pass on any updates as I receive them.

I did some experiments with my own target which has two daisy-chained device.

I believe I can reproduce the issue. Like you, I can use CCS to program both devices using ccxml files that bypass the other device. 

When using UniFlash GUI, like you, I can only program the first device. The second one fails silently (I get no error message or anything).

When using UniFlash CLI (via dslite), I can program both devices using ccxml files that bypass the other device. 

Can you try UniFlash CLI and see if that works for you too?

I can program both devices in the daisy-chain.

Do you get any error message when the first one fails?

No. 

Just like the second C2000 in Uniflash (not CLI), no other info from CLI.

As mentioned earlier, I was able to program both devices. However I am using a different target than you. I would expect at least programming the first device to work in all cases.
