TMS320F280039C: Why the CLB counter will missed when aglin with EPWM1A?

Hi Experts,

I am asking for my customer here.

They are following the below link setup capture PRD and Duty by CLB.

But they want to use another counter2, when rising edge happens the counter2 will count, why we setup 

Counter2:

CLB Input:

CLB Output: Match1 = 10;

You can see the below info: (PWM1A; PWM1B; GPIO2/CLB1_Ouput4)

Please help me check and find the root cause about the missed pulse here. Thanks.
