TMS320F28375S: Internal Memory

Part Number: TMS320F28375S

Tool/software:

We use the TMS320F28375S line of TI microcontrollers, and our customer was interested to know if the internal memory of the component (inside the chip) has any further part number identification other than simply being integrated to the TMS320F28375S component nomenclature. Example would be a part number for a stand-alone RAM that may be incorporated into the die of the actual micro.

    This does not exist.
