Hi expert,

We have a question, in DC mode, how long does it take for 28388D's Ethercat to achieve a PDO interaction? The master station expects an interaction every 125us. Can the ESC support this? Thanks!

Hi Joyce,

Yes, the device can support such cycle times. Of course there are dependencies on frame lengths and the overall eCAT network being used.

You can find some data in section 8 EtherCAT Performance Data of the guide in C2000WARE, directory below. It does not paint the full picture however, such as how long it takes for the received EtherCAT data to be usable in your software.
