Hello,

I have to copy continuosly some gpio signals to another GPIO output pins.

In details I have to copy e.g. the SPI signals(Clk, SI, SO, CS), so, they are internal signals.

Is there an example to do it? Or if not, how can I do it? Which method can I use?

Hi Gianni,

When you mean copy over GPIO signals to another GPIO.

You can do the following:

SPI signals goes to GPIO -> INPUTXBAR (use inputxbar on the SPI's CLK/SI/SO/CS gpios) -> OUTPUTXBAR -> GPIO

From Sysconfig I see that the operation is possible only for a number of GPIO.

I have to use XBAR for GPIO 96,97, 98, 99, but they are not available for this functionality.

Is there another way to do it?

Hi Gianni,

You should be able to use an INPUTXBAR for all those GPIOs.

Hello Ryan,

For INPUTXBAR I see all GPIOs but for OUTPUTXBAR I don't see all GPIO available.

On OUTPUTXBAR GPIO 96,97, 98, 99 are not available.

For example, I have to copy GPIO58 (inputxbar) on GPIO96 (outputxbar).

Hi Gianni,

Unfortunately they are not available on this device. However, you could route the signals through CLB, then CLBOUTXBAR does have access to GPIOs 96-98.
