Hello team,
As we work on developing the custom board, we tested it with the DRV8353 and the f2800157 launchpad to ensure that the motor operates properly before moving on to the custom board.
We are using the universal motor code to run the motor.
In our custom board we are not using DRV8353 gate driver IC instead of this we are using opto-coupler based gate driver IC with more capacity which is already proved with 48v motor running under load condition.
We are using F2800157 micro-controller in our custom board and we are using HALL based current sensor across two phases and based on these values we are deriving the third phase current.
Currently we are using the 48v HALL motor and we are able to run the motor with feedback but when we are running the motor during starting phase it is consuming some high current across all the phases and after 2-3 seconds it is reduced to some value.
During load condition phase current is oscillating please suggest the proper way to resolve this issue.
Even if I increase the speed_ref value also it is consuming high current and reduced to some to small value. Below I have shared the current waveform across all three phases please refer that once.
I have verified the current waveform in the existing MCU which is developed by someone else but here we are getting the proper sine waveform during no load and even in the load condition. Below I have shared the phase current waveform under load condition please go through that once.

Phase current issues more at Lower RPM and Lower torque. Phase current issues very less at Higher RPM and higher Torque.
But still Phase current waveform pattern are not look like Sine wave, it looks very Bad shape.
Below I have shared the torque vs phase current graph based on the dyno testing please go through that once and suggest me how to eliminate this one.



Would you kindly advise me on how to handle the mentioned problem?
