Hi,

I have few question about the F2800137 HR pwm.

1) The datasheets specifies that there is 2 HR PWM but only on EPWM1. But I seem that only channel A of ePWM1 is HR (24 bits), not channel B (16 bits) even if it has CMPBHR. (fig 13-3 in user manual)

2) In other word, can channel B fully HR PWM independently of channel A?

3) Can we have HR in both duty and frequency at the same time? It seems that you can only have one not both, is that correct?

4) I suppose the ePWM2 is not HR, what is the next DSP with ePWM1 and ePWM2 having each 2 channels HR?

    Hi Ahugron,

    1) Channel A and B for ePWM1 can have HR applied to them.

    2) Channel be can be fully HR independently of channel A.

    3) You can have both.

    4) ePWM2 is not HR. The next DSP with more than 1 channel of HR will be for example our F28P65X, F28P55x, and a few more. However I would advise to look at the available HRPWM modules on each device you are looking at.
