TMS320F280025C: TMS320F280025C

Part Number: TMS320F280025C

Tool/software:

Hi team,

Current working on TMS320F280025C With DRV8343.

We're currently tuning the BLDC motor.

Motor input parameters are:

1.Number of poles - 4

2.Number of phase - 3

3.Working voltage- 24v

4.Rated speed- 4700 RPM

5. No load speed -6500RPM

6.Rated torque-0.5

7.Rated current - 12A

and the motor resistance, Ld, Ld values are entered based on the simulated values.

In BLDC, sensor less FOC base code,

// the maximum current value of the motor, in A
#define USER_MOTOR1_MAX_CURRENT_A (10.1f)

1.whether the above-mentioned max current will reflect as phase current of motor?

2.To achieve the above-mentioned requirement what are parameters should we tune?

  • 1. It's the maximum torque current that is equal to the peak phase current of the motor, and rated current * sqrt(2).

    2. Just need to set the right maximum current according to the motor, follow the lab user's guide to identify the motor parameters.

Please take a look at the lab user's guide that should have the contents you want to know.
