I am asking this for our customer.

The user asks if the checksum for OTP should be the same by default?

That is, if we read the checksum from CCS/Uniflash from new devices, should we expect they are the same?

Is there any specific data like unique ID, TI calibration data on the OTP?

Is the user asking this question because of the need for a unique ID per device for the application? If such is the case, there is a unique ID in the OTP for this sole purpose:

Hi Joseph,

No, they are asking this to confirm if the checksum read by CCS/Uniflash should be the same. If they are the same, this can be used as one of their factory process because flash checksum and OTP checksum are different in CCS/Uniflash.

If this OTP checksum contains this unique I, then it cannot be the same.

Is our understanding correct?

Would you please help confirm?

If I understand correctly, you are asking whether the OTP checksum will be same for each and every fresh device - Is that correct?

If yes: No, the TI-OTP checksum can be different across devices. TI-OTP contains calibration data.
