TMS320F28035: How to complier CCS3.3 with TI-Complier?

Hi Experts,

I am asking for my customer here.

They had old project based CCS3.3, previous they can build & complier without any error. But now they load the same project to CCS3.3, the project reports the below error:

But the old project and our TI example still can not build or complier success here. Do you have any suggestion? Thanks.

    As the link stated, CCS 3.3 is only officially supported on Windows XP-32. Something likely changed in the background on their Windows 10 system, and I am not going to be able to help them debug that,

    I think their options are below:

    1. (recommended) Migrate to a newer version of CCS. Some customers need to use CCS 3.3 if they are using C24X devices, but CCS 3.3 is not needed for F2803X. They could use any newer version of CCS.

    2. Build a Windows XP-32 System for CCS 3.3.
