TMS320F28035: SD Flash software not available, how do we flash using RS232 ?

Hi,

I have bought a TMS320f28035, and I would like to flash the code I have created on Code Composer Studio. If I understood well, it should be done easily using SDflash by Spectrum Digital, but this software is not available anymore on their website.

Is there any other solution ?

Hi,

I have created my own PCB including a TMS320F28035 : I have routed a 14 pin JTAG and I have linked the serial to a rs232 transceiver so I have access to both JTAG and RS232. However, I haven't found anything cheaper than the TMDSEMU200-U to use JTAG with this processor, and I think it is a bit expansive just for flashing a binary once.

That is why I am seeking for any other solution.

I have used the Olimex XDS100v2: https://www.olimex.com/Products/DSP/Emulators/TMS320-XDS100-V2/

That would be the cheapest and easiest option.
