Hi
The following number are defined at the data sheet
How long can F2800135 keep the accuracy of INTOSC? (e.g. 10 years? 15 years?)
(Is it related to Power On Hours (POH)?)
Thanks and Best regards,
Tsurumoto.

You are correct, it is related to POH. Like other parameters in the DS these are expected to hold for 100,000 POH at 105C. If you back that out it would equate to ~11.4 years of lifetime.
If the temperature profile is lower than 105C then this will extend; if above it will decrease.
Best,
Matthew
I see. So, I couldn't find the statement about "100,000 POH at 105C" in the DS.
Where can I refer it?
Please see the attached app note; https://www.ti.com/lit/an/sprabx4b/sprabx4b.pdf
It appears I mis-spoke in my previous response; we have expectation of 10years @105C temperature vs 100k POH I mentioned. The app note will also give some extra details on how to rate your mission profile to get an expected lifetime for your environment.
Best,
Matthew
