TMS320F28377D: I've a question about the PPB Zero-Crossing Detection feature.

Part Number: TMS320F28377D

Tool/software:

Hi,

I understand that the zero-crossing event of the PPB block in the F2837xD ADC module occurs when the sign of the value stored in the ADCPPBxRESULT register changes. However, I would like to inquire about the exact meaning of the following sentence from the related explanations in the TRM document:

"Note that the PPBxZERO bit in the ADCEVTSTAT register is gated by EOC and not by the sign change in the ADCPPBxRESULT register."

Thanks and regards,
Sang-il
