What versions of C2000Ware and CCS do you have?

One simple thing to try- if you haven't already- would be to create a new workspace and try importing the project again to be sure the paths are clean. Let me know if you have done this. 

Are you able to import and view the DriverLib empty C2000Ware example .syscfg file? (from C:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_5_02_00_00\driverlib\f2837xd\examples\cpu1\empty_projects)

I am using CCS Studio 12.7.1.00001

That also i am unable to open

Tried making new workspace and tried importing the project again. Paths are also clean. Still same thing is showing.

Have you tried  redownloading CCS/C2000Ware? For reference, I am using the same CCS 12.7 and C2000Ware 5.02.00.00 and do not see this issue. When you right click on the project and go to 'properties' and 'products', do you see C2000Ware listed there? Can you try to re-add it and add SysConfig there?
