Hi expert;

in the datasheet,the TMS320F280013x MCU 1.2V core is powered up internally with the LDO (VREG).

my question is :

when the VDDIO drop to any vlotage such as 2.5V,the LDO output (VDD) is always 1.2V?Can it be used as a calibration voltage？

Hi Youjun,

can you tell me for calibrating which voltage you want to use 1.2V core? please provide more information on that.

hi hadi:

in adc module,i select outvoltage as reference,when the outvoltage drop to any value,sucn as 3v,the adc result is not correct.so i want to calibrate the outvoltage used the the LDO output (VDD) ,Can it be used as a calibration voltage？

Hi Youjun,

You can use it for calibration as long as the VDDIO/VDD follow the requirement given in section "6.3 Recommended Operating Conditions" .
