PMSM control with f28035

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320F28035

Hi,

I am using tms320f28035 experimenter's kit to develop pmsm control system. I am using resolver feedback to read the position data. To develop the firing sequence i need to know the difference between the resolver angle and the phase A angle ( Calibrated Angle) .

How do I find this angle?

Regards,

Shantanu.

  • Spin the shaft of the motor with an external drive, and monitor the bemf of phase A, while also tracking the resolver output. When the positive going zero crossing of phase a bemf happens, measure the resolver output. This is the difference you need to subtract from resolver output at all times.
