Thanks for your information. I am using F28379D for my product design and format is EABI. I were download C2000-SAFETI-DIAGNOSTICS-LIB and found it is in COFF.

I tried to convert library from library source code to generate EABI format. However, I spend 3 days still get a lot of difficulty during the process. Does TI have a library in EABI format?
