Dear Sir/Madam,
We encountered an issue on TMS320F28027. We configured a pin as digital input. And the voltage of this pin is about 1.1V. After MCU power up, this voltage is stable at 1.1V. For most DSPs, they identified this pin as low state. But we found 1 pc of DSP that the register state of this pin is unstable, sometimes is high and sometimes is low. And we replaced the DSP by a new one, the new DSP could identify the 1.1V voltage as low stably. So, we think that it must be happened some error on the old DSP.
Could you help me analyze this and find the root cause?
