TMDSCNCD28335: Interrupt stop after random periods

Part Number: TMDSCNCD28335
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC21520

Tool/software:

The TMDSCNCD28335 was used as a microinverter controller. The power supply of the board is independent of the main circuit.

The system works normally if the input voltage of the inverter below 24V with approximately 100 VAC_rms output . But when it comes to higher input voltage, the controller can only work several AC cycles and stop working as the value in epwm's register seems to be fixed (guess fail to interrupt). The controller is working in an open loop way.  The code is now running in flash without connection of debug probe .If run debug, there is a low-power mode alert once I click run button and then ccs breakdown. What's more, if the controller run without main circuit, the output signal of 28335 is normal as well as the bridge driver UCC21520 output signal.

Here is the waveform of the inverter system. Yellow line is the 28335 output signal and green line is output AC voltage
