TMS320F2800157: Facing the Issue on custom board driver with TMS320F2800157 while integrating with UMC code

Part Number: TMS320F2800157

Tool/software:

Dear TI Team,

UMC Code taken as Platform SW and Migrating to our Custom board specific SW.

Custom board 1 (DRV8353RS Design) - UMC Code tested with 24V 3A PMSM motor, Its working fine in all the Build level.

Custom board 2 (Optocoupler based Gate driver Design) - UMC Code tested with 24V 3A PMSM motor, Its working fine in all the Build level.

Custom board 3 (IRS2186 based Gate driver Design) - UMC Code tested with 24V 3A PMSM motor, Its working in L2, facing the issue on L3&L4 Build level.

Observations
#CB3 SW tested with 24V 3A PMSM Motor and running in L2, In L3&L4 Consuming more current and JTAG is disconnected from the debug mode
due to the high current voltage is dumping. (userParams_M1.flag_bypassMotorId = true;)

when the userParams_M1.flag_bypassMotorId = false, motor is running in estimator mode, And Source current is gradually increasing up to 3A then JTAG is Disconnected.

Could you please guide us any HW specific changes required on the UMC Code.

Thanks and, Regards

Nithish Kumar P
