Karunakaran,

We are targeting the end of September this year for RTM status on this device.

There will be a staggered RTM for the different orderable part numbers with superset P550SJ9 coming first.

If you know the OPN you intend to use I can see if I can refine the date a bit more.

Based on what I know today F28P550SJ9RSH should be full production/orderable by the end of Oct this year.
