Thank you for your inquiry. If you are new to using C2000 devices, we have introductory information available on our Academy website. The other best resources to understanding the modules and features of this device are the Technical Reference Manual (TRM) and datasheet. Pin diagrams and signal descriptions are available in the datasheet Chapter 5. 

For software: The key software you need in order to get started with F280013x are:

• CCStudio development platform and debug
• C2000Ware SDK

For hardware: We have evaluation boards available if you are interested:

• F280013x LaunchPad
• F280013x ControlCARD (+Docking Station)

To get started: If you are looking for a guided introduction to using CCS/our software examples

• There are some intro to CCS and intro to SysConfig (CCS's GUI) videos/series - these are also listed in the Academy "Key Videos".
• There are guided software lab exercises in the Academy under "1. Start Developing with Your Device" and the "Labs" folders.
  • The complete software for these can be found in the C2000Ware SDK "training" folder as described in the Academy instructions
• The full library of our software examples can be found in our C2000Ware SDK at: C:\ti\c2000\{C2000Ware_version}\driverlib\f280013x\examples
