TMS320F2800137: universal-motorControl

Part Number: TMS320F2800137
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: C2000WARE

Tool/software:

TMSTMS320F2800137, and the software engineering used C2000Ware_MotorControl_SDK_5_02/00_00 (universal-motorControl_1ab).

When the motor keeps starting and stopping and the power supply voltage fluctuates, it is found that the chip has stopped working (the serial data is not refreshed),

and it needs to be powered on again to work normally.

What are the conditions for the chip to stop working? How to solve this problem?

  • Hello,

Apologies for the delay in response. That's a very odd problem. I have a couple of clarifying questions which will help me to assist you:

    • What build configuration of the Universal Motor Control Lab is being used?
      • This should also correspond to the booster pack being used.
    • What build level of the lab is being used?
    • Is the CCS debug window functional in this state?

    Regards,
    Jason Osborn
